Mrs. Garima Mathur, Founder Curominds, and Director of CuroDreams Consultancy, has an extensive experience of more than 12 years in industry and education sector. She pursued B.E Honors in Electronics & Communication and was awarded with Gold Medal for topping the University. She completed her Masters in Technology (M.Tech), as well as in Business Administration. She has published 6 Technical Papers in National & International Conferences & Journals.

 Starting from her role as a design and Development Engineer in Genus Power Infrastructures Ltd. In 2007, she further got associated as the Foundation Committee Member of Poornima University for its establishment in year 2012. She worked as the Academic Planning coordinator and played a crucial role in design and development of syllabus and schemes, academic guidelines and policies for various academic and administrative processes, and ensuring orientation of new faculty and students to align with. 

Further to this she served as the Training & Placement Officer at Poornima University and then as Training Head, Poornima Group, Jaipur. 

Being an inquisitive person, she always tries to envisage promising possibilities for the betterment of people. In light of that, she has accomplished diploma in Life Coaching and Counselling so that problems faced by people can be solved with utmost dedication and sincerity.
